    Anyone who followed the sentencing of Gilley and Massey knows that this state probe has focused on Barry Mask. Luther will get big points for taking down a Repub. Matt Hart was the perfect guy for Luther to bring in. History has shown that you just have to tell Hart who you want to get and He builds the case around the target. Certainly not proper, but highly effective. Just ask Siegelman, White, King, Langford, etc…
