Sen. Steve French, Sen. Zeb Little, Rep. Ken Guin, and Rep. Cam Ward will be blogging here during the 2010 Legislative Session.

Merry Christmas

In a few weeks we will start the next session of the Alabama Legislature. There will be a lot of debate and discussion surrounding this session but before we get there let’s all remember to appreciate our friends and family this holiday season.

The joy of Christmas and the Holiday Season are upon us. As we take time off from work, exchange gifts with family and friends and cheer our favorite football teams to victory, let us always be mindful of what the meaning of Christmas is.

Many people around our state and nation have faced economic difficulties during the past year. May things be brighter in 2010 for all who have encountered tough times.

For those who are serving in the armed forces to protect our liberty, let us take time to remember their sacrifices and pray they will be safe and secure.

From my wife Julie, my daughter Riley and me, have a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
