There are still some rough edges to be sanded down, and the tweaking will no doubt be an ongoing effort, but we have a new look for the site that brings us closer to completing the transition from the old look (that we trashed rather unexpectedly) to the new. Some may love this, others won’t care for it, c’est la vie.
You feedback on the new design of the site is welcome, especially if you find something amiss.

Looks good, Danny!
looks like ad room on that header!! lol
I see you have transitioned from a rotary to a reel mower. I had a true cut for years. It was hell when you hit an aluminum roofing nail!
Otherwise, I like the site.
Very Crisp!
Wow!
Great looking.
Let me get my sunglasses.
Looks sharp, congrats
It looks great Danny!!
Blue?
Is blue the new nonpartisan blog color? I like the lawnmower pics in the header. Is there any way to increase the line spacing of the blogposts just a tad? Another couple of pixels would make it more eye-friendly.
Hey! I recognize this theme! ;-)
Great job Danny…I do love the flexibility that this one theme can look entirely different on our two sites.
Looks neat and clean…like it
I am sure there are naysayers who are politely holding their tongues, but I do appreciate and thank you for the kind words!
Mooncat, I was simply looking for colors that went well together! But there is not nearly as much blue in this theme as, say, on a Tim James campaign sign. :)
I do tend to think you might be right that a little more space between lines in the blog posts might be helpful. Maybe also if the font size were a little bigger too.
Kristopher, I am quite impressed by the theme’s flexibility. It’s what drew me to it!
Very nice Danny! I think the layout is clean and easy to read. Good job!
