  • In District Two, the people won with Kim Rafferty, a neighborhood activist with a keen mind, a tremendous work ethic, and a compassionate heart who will work hard to represent the concerns of the average citizen.

    For all the talk about how bad things are in Birmingham, not a single Black incumbant was defeated in the runoff.

    You must assume the majority of the Citizens of Birmingham like things as they are.
