How to see how it unfolds.
With Tommy Chapman out of the AG race, that just leaves Anderson and Perkins. I have heard some skepticism about Perkins actually running. If that is true, Anderson will have a clear path. Question remains whether he can find the funds to finance that race.
Wonder if the committee will question Conyers and his wife?

The Washington Congressman who is now simply a joke at parties: http://www.politico.com/blogs/anneschroeder/0709/Thanks_for_the_shirt_.html
Perhaps those joking at parties should get back to work. Maybe then, there wouldn’t be tshirts demanding the jokers be fired.
I think that article reflects well on Bright actually.
that pic will show up in the 2010 race against him. bad idea to take the pic but OK to meet with the group.
It’s not his fault he is stupid. It is the voters’ fault for believing the masterminds behind him.
6, other than he’s a moron, maybe it does. I honestly couldn’t get past the flag shirt. To read the article, hard to read when you are laughing so hard tears are running down your eyes. I bet he is pissed right now.
There should be a law against flag shirts. It would be called “Bobby’s Law”
actually, post 10, there is a “law” against it. The U.S. flag code. You are not to wear the American Flag as an article of clothing. It is against flag etiquette. Unfortunately, people in appropriately display the flag all the time.
i can just picture barney(2010) running up to someone…”citizens arrest!! citizens arrest!!!”
As long as Bright can take credit for events like a $23 million contract to build missiles, the voters are apt to overlook his sartorial choices. Defense spending means good jobs for the district.
ummmmm….yeah….bright was totally responsible for that 23 mil. give me a break.
To #2. Anderson will need big bucks to defeat either King or Strange. He is virtually unknown outside of Montgomery.
OP, I think as attorney for the Dem Party, Anderson will have his share of funraising contacts, inside and outside Montg. If Luther makes it out of the primary, he will bruised, battered, and broke. Anderson will have a shot there, especially with TK freeing up some extensive resources. Question is, and always has been, whether TK will make it out of the primary.
Nobody would need big bucks to defeat Troy King, if your the only other name on the ballot with King you’ve won!
