Good for the Alabama State Personnel Board. The actions taken will hopefully stop the illegal activities of the Alabama State Employees Association and their shady director E.J. McArthur. The Nationwide deal with the state employee union is clearly a pay for play scheme.

Maybe Collins will jump in the Governor’s race.

MONTGOMERY ADVERTISER editorial – Troy King Tone Deaf on Conflicts of Interest: “Troy King apparently likes a good party, and the state’s attorney general is not going to let a little thing like a conflict of interest keep him from enjoying one….when it comes to ethical behavior by an elected official, King at the very least appears to be tone deaf.”

Troy is so Toast. And he is so without shame.

Would he please resign and stop embrassing himself and the state.

Even the papers know he is a joke now.

Like me, many House members have been inundated with phone calls and emails from opponents of this bill, and some have been [...]

Legislative Transparency

There are a lot of issues to debate before we begin the final days of this session. In fact, I am quite certain there will be some comments on this post debating many of them. Before we get into the last seven day of the session I wanted to bring up a topic that [...]
