The Police and Sheriff's Department warned him about this type of "behavior" in the future. This guy is a "Sick Puppy". Bill Johnson is a “Psychotic”.

He took us from 50 volunteers to over 700. And he got an award for his work with non-profits. And he works with a program to help former inmates get back in to society as productive citizens. And he served on our task force to bring a new business into Evergreen. And those are just the things I've been involved in with him. Ooops, sorry, you only asked for one.
