Why would he want to be AG when he can be governor. The Republican primary for governor is wide open for Luther. If he can muster the same financial support that he did for Lt. Gov. and if he will run the kind of campaign that he did in the previous primary, he will waltz into the governor's office. There is zero charisma and excitement about Kay, Bradley, Tim, and Roy.
