I am very disturbed that China is sending their Navy to fight the alleged pirates.

The people who are alleged to be pirates, deserve due process of law.

I am afraid the Chineese will use undue force and possibly violate the rights of innocent people who happen to be riding boats in the area.

Just because a person is wearing a pirate costume and has a pirate flag, and is shooting at other boats, doesnt mean they are pirates.

International law should prevail, once the court system can determine what current international law is at that time.
