The four that voted against it have the highest tabs on their trip to Washington--Newsome, Seagle, Thomas, and Craig. Who would charge an ice cream cone and diet Coke to the city of Dothan??? Keith Seagle, that's who. And, he is our "official watchdog" for the citizens. I guess having their big trip is more important than helping those that served the city.
