    These same Dothan Commissioners voted down a COLA raise yesterday for the city retirees 4-3. The four that voted against it have the highest tabs on their trip to Washington–Newsome, Seagle, Thomas, and Craig. Who would charge an ice cream cone and diet Coke to the city of Dothan??? Keith Seagle, that’s who. And, he is our “official watchdog” for the citizens.

    I guess having their big trip is more important than helping those that served the city.
