Alabama's 3rd Congressional DistrictThe decision by U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer to cancel his plans to host the fundraiser tonight for AL-03 candidate Josh Segall certainly makes it appear that the AL-03 race is not the highest priority for the national Democrats.
