Post 22 I don’t disagree that Bright is heavily financed by the national Demo party. That’s a fact. But Love is heavily financed by loans from himself. I find it very interesting that NEITHER of these two candidates are raising much money in Alabama. That says volumes.

Post 21 – thanks for pointing out the the national dems are trying to buy this seat for Bright and that without their negative ads he is flat broke. that is why he not dare say a negative word about a dem….they will cut off his money. he is showing he is controlled by DC dems. what a shock.

Bright isn’t short of money and I am a Republican. The thing is the national Demos have way way way more money than the GOP this year. Bright will have the money because Washington will pour it in. The GOP is hurting for money to help congressional candidates this year, and that will make a difference down the stretch. Bright looks broke, but he isn’t. Jay has his money, but he may not get that much Washington dough. That’s just a fact of this election year.

Grassroots will make the difference, obviously, in both AL 2 and AL 5.

The question is: If we know that the GOTV for the black (95% dem) vote and anti-Bush vote is high, how can the GOP respond?

Things are so bad for Love is his showing his desperation by getting all his staffers to blog about poor, pitiful Bobby. Loves wants to focus on the campaign money to get all the attention off the fact his campaign is associated with Las Vegas gamblers. Even worse by way of this affiliation Love apparently supports more economic development in China than he does in Alabama. After all he has passed almost as much legislation in this foreign communist country as he has here in Alabama in the actual legislature he is a member of. Someone needs to start asking Love what his policies are on China. Does Love favor letting China imports into this country so they poison our kids and seniors? Love is scary. Love will sell out for a dollar in a second. No backbone means a bought and paid for congressman if we elect this lying communist supporter.

Dunno about his campaign office but Sparks has been certified by his party as a candidate. So, has to be included.

Agree it would have been fun to watch the reaction at the Fayette Knitting and Fellowship Society town hall debate.
