In case you're interested, Mr. Robinson's only other bill proposed to let the Governor set the salary for the postsecondary system chancellor rather than the State Board of Education. I guess maybe Byrne is another of his friends that he tries to help. Too bad the people of his House district don't merit too much attention from him. John Robinson, D-Scottsboro: "I only sponsored two bills, but I was able to help my friends with their bills since I'm on Rules." Instead of helping HIS FRIENDS, shouldn't he be focused on doing what's best for the people of this state? A prime example of what’s wrong with our Legislature, buried in a story in today’s Huntsville Times:
