It could have meant that, but I am going out on a limb and saying that Congress’s (not sure if that is grammatically correct) values have a big impact on Slocumb. Makes a little more sense that way.

take that quote out, throw it in a press release and see who is mislead…none of this matters because big al can’t admit mistakes. not to mention it is way off topic, but in an effort to minimize these types of false remarks, it needs to be pointed out.
