Madison County Record City of Madison to build school in Limestone County possibly financed by a tax collected solely in Madison County.

The Selma Times-Journal Dallas County Democrats decide candidate can stay on the ballot.

Troy Messenger Editorial about the current state of the Legislature. Take away quote; “As Alabamians, we deserve a legislative body that is responsive to its electorate and, more important, willing and able to do its business in a timely, efficient and effective manner.”

The Selma Times-Journal Editorial about the failure of a proclaimed 40 days of non violence. “Rallies and ballgames do not stop violence. King taught us that those things are symbolic.”
