If I was ducking this issue, why did I come on this blog and express my opposition to this bill in its present form? Why was I in the Huntsville Times expressing my concerns about this bill. Like I said, not voting on a constitutional amendment has exactly the same effect as a no. Come by and see me sometime if you're in Montgomery and I'll be glad to show you what I do. I'm busy as a pair of jumper cables at a family reunion.
