At the one I attended the Minute Men, League of the South folks and allies in the room produced such rude boos and catcalls that the police stepped forward and asked them to be quiet. They did not stop immediately and Sen. Beason then stepped forward and said, "Y'all, let her speak. She'll only hurt her cause." The anger and hatred were palpable and we sat through over an hour of heated comments. It was sad because I believe that many people were operating more out of fear than solid information on the subject. It was also sad that so little respect for the First Amendment was shown by people who were waving flags. You must be talking about a different forum.
