Alabama Tax on TV
Tonight at 8 pm on Alabama Public Television, “For the Record” will focus on the state’s tax structure. At 8:30 pm, the national public television program “NOW” will focus its weekly program on Alabama’s regressive tax structure.
So says my email, and Tim Lennox’s blog confirms.
There are those here for whom this is Tivo material.

We tried to make a change so it was not so regressive - called Amendment One. Some were supportive of it and some were not. In fact, some of our politicos still go around spouting off how they did all they could to block amendment one and how great that was from a policy standpoint. How nice…how backward.
