  3. Looking forward to the list. I suggest it will not be complete if it omits consultant Jerod Massey, an influential Montgomery lobbyist who formerly worked for Terry Everett.

  4. Jerod (sp?) Massey is a nobody. If you want to know if this list is savvy, look for how high Noopie Cosby is on it. No one is as quietly influential as the former Selma legislator turned budget lobbyist extrodinaire.
