Most of the so-called corruption in the two-year college system occurred while Byrne was a member of the state school board. Almost all of the two-year corruption occurred on Riley's watch. Riley, by virtue of his office is on the state school board. Has anybody wondered by Riley was so close to Roy Johnson? Byrne is not qualified to run the two-year college system.
