Democratic attorney Joshua Segall (with Lt. Gov. Jim Folsom, Jr.) will officially announce his candidacy for Alabama’s 3rd Congressional District this Thursday, 9 a.m., at Sophia’s Barbecue in Montgomery. Segall is challenging Republican incumbent Mike Rogers.
