					<description>This article has an incorrect statement to the side: Your vote will count if cast for a candidate who is on the ballot, but has announced that they have dropped out of the race.  (note, all i can speak to is the Republican side)

Additionally, delegates for those candidates still have a chance of going to the convention should the candidate receive a certain % of the vote in either a congressional district or statewide.
