Posted by The Birmingham News has the story about the expected announcement that former 2-year college system chancellor Roy Johnson’s will plead guilty and has agreed to cooperate in the ongoing investigation of corruption in the 2-year college system. The only thing to add here is that there is behind-the-scenes talk that in “naming names” he will implicate (or already has implicated) legislators.
