I don’t know what the original post said, but if you look at Drayton Nabers’ reports from last year, there was clearly a concerted effort to scramble his donors (a look at the 45-day general election report clearly shows that large PAC contributions from June were spread throughout the report to hide the fact that he had nearly bottomed out on funds at some point in August/September). A more thorough scrambling was carried out on the 10-day report.
