B'ham News may want to clarify as to WHICH state employees have all those "extra" benefits, because it sure as Hell isn't anyone I know or work with. Seems like they are getting closer all the time. Is slow population growth a bad thing? I don't think so, less competition for jobs, lower demand for water and development, less urban congestion.
