State Sen. Bobby Singleton (D – Greensboro) and others are the subject of a voter fraud investigation, according to papers filed by Attorney General Troy King. King believes Singleton’s brother-in-law, Circuit Judge Marvin Wiggins, is impeding the investigation and has asked the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals to remove him from the investigation.
When we learned that Singleton’s wife Gay Nell Tinker was absentee election manager while Singleton was a candidate, and that the mailing address for the return of absentee ballots was her personal P.O. Box, not a courthouse address, we knew that “extraordinarily bad judgment at work” was the best a starry-eyed optimist could hope for, and that it might get a lot worse.

Danny your observation is correct,”looks like things will get worse.” Pleased to see that AG King is going after this group that has been stealing elections for yeas in Hale County. It appears that their only interest is power since they are now doing it to fellow blacks. The Democracy Defense League will continue with renewed efforts to bring honest elections for all voters in Alabama. By the way, their weapon of choice is the absentee ballot.
