Financial Reports for Birmingham Mayor’s Race
The Birmingham News has a story with the latest financial reports from the Birmingham mayors race.
Highlights:
- County Commissioner Larry Langford missed the filing deadline.
- Of those who reported the amounts raised since the August reports, attorney Patrick Cooper leads all candidates. Again. He raised $156,575.
- City Councilor Carole Smitherman was second with $107,710.
- Councilor and former interim mayor William Bell was third with $42,250 raised in this period.
