Agree with 5--they sorta represent the 2 fringes of R's that
are not real happy.

Bigger nightmare would be Paul (L) on ballot in all 50 states
and Moore on ballot in 41 states

Ron Paul and Roy Moore are the antithesis of each other. Paul is a libertarian who wants the government's hands out of everything. Moore is a theocrat who wants Big Brother to intrude upon our lives in order to impose his "God-fearing" dictates on everyone.

I've been wondering if it would be possible for Ron Paul to drop out of the race for the Republican nomination and run as an indepedent. I heard a GOP source speculate (as in he had nothing to back this up with) that the nightmare scenareeio for the national Republican party would be for Ron Paul and Roy Moore to run together on a Libertarian/Constitution Party ticket. With all the national malaise among religious conservatives about the current crop of GOP candidates, a ticket like that could do some real damage, but not as much as Bloomberg/Hagel would have. I'm still curious as to why that never materialized.
