Supreme Court Justice to Retire
The decision of state Supreme Court Justice Harold See not to run for re-election next year, first reported this weekend by the Political Parlor, is confirmed by multiple sources who have seen or received a letter from him announcing his intention.

I guess the real question will be whether See resigns to let Riley appoint someone or he just stays and lets a primary develop. Th leading candidates on the Democrat side would be James Anderson and Joe Espy. On the republican side, Pam Baschaub and Kelly Wise are said to be studying the race.
