Five Republicans Square Off for SD-32

Bradley ByrneThe five candidates that the Political Parlor identified ten days ago as the most likely GOP challengers for the SD-32 seat vacated by Bradley Byrne are indeed the only five Republican candidates. All five, and no others save one Democrat, qualified by Friday’s deadline.

Fairhope attorney and former Prichard mayor A. J. Cooper qualified as the lone Democrat “in the final hours before Friday afternoon’s deadline.”
