A later AP story came out that told more of the details of his defense, and the Parlor did take note in <a href="http://www.politicalparlor.net/wp/2007/03/08/more-on-tony-castaldo-perjury-trial/" rel="nofollow">a later post</a>. Glad you like the picture. I like that an investigator for the AG's office is prepared to rock, in a Buckaroo Banzai kind of way. aginsider, the AP story on the acquittal that prompted this post did not say what you were telling in your comment. A later AP story came out that told more of the details of his defense, and the Parlor did take note in a later post.
