Why should the Bham News play dumb about appeals to the dismissal of RC? They know very well why it's being appealed. Judge DeMent made a stupid decision that will allow more of Alabama's precious children to be killed and raped in DHR custody. Page Walley, Troy King, Bob Riley and the News know all about the child raped by a DHR foster parent in Jefferson County. They just don't YOU to know. The perpetrator has never been questioned or arrested although a child abuse and neglect report was made in July 2006. They also know about children who are taken from their parents on false charges and dragged through as many as 15 different foster homes just to play their sick game of keepaway from the parents. Clue: the longer you keep a child in foster care the more money you get from Medicaid. There are 6500 children imprisoned in the DHR system and you can bet there are 6500 horror stories that need to be told.
