But while I had Halloween costumes on the mind to prompt my thinking, I was really interested in how much people were searching (relatively) for princess, witch, pirate et al. That seems a lot more fun to me than looking for the costumes. Though I will say that your search provides a <I>far</I> more interesting looking graph. Reminds me of a terrible joke:
