					<description>There is a difference in the usage.  One is more informal, perhaps folksy.  The other is a bit more formal, perhaps even stilted.  (And of course, they are not interchangeable because the sentence construction after each phrase is necessarily different.)

This would be a more interesting and somewhat pertinent question if either of those phrases had actually been used in the post.
